1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our Services, including signing in to any of our applications or purchasing a report, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. What we sell

We sell long-form written astrology reports. A report is computed from the birth details you provide, prepared and approved by our astrologers, and delivered to you as a web page and a downloadable PDF.

We do not sell consultations, sittings, phone or video calls, or any live or one-to-one service. No appointment is scheduled and nobody will contact you to arrange one.

3. Informational and entertainment purposes only

Our reports are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Astrology is not a science.

Nothing in a report is medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, employment or relationship advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read in a report.

We make no representation that any outcome, event, timing or prediction described in a report will occur. You are solely responsible for any decision you take.

4. Your birth details, and the limits of accuracy

A report is only as accurate as the birth date, birth time and birth place you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details.

If you supply incorrect, approximate or guessed details, the resulting chart and every interpretation built on it will be wrong. That is not a defect in the report and does not entitle you to a replacement or a refund.

If you tell us you do not know your exact birth time, we cast the chart from 12:00 noon local time on your birth date and say so in the report. Sections that depend on the time of day — the ascendant, house cusps, Navamsa placements and dasha timing — are then presented as approximate rather than settled. This is a stated assumption, not an error. If you later obtain your exact birth time, contact us and we will reissue the report at no cost.

5. Delivery

Reports are usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours of payment. Every report is held for human review before it is sent, and reports are prepared in the order they arrive.

This window is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee. Delays caused by review volume, third-party service outages or events beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a failure to deliver.

6. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without notice; the price shown at the time you pay is the price that applies to your order.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.

7. All sales are final

Reports are digital goods produced specifically for you from the details you supply. All sales are final and non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full position, including the limited remedies we do provide.

8. Licence and permitted use

Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may read, download, print and keep it.

You may not resell, republish, redistribute, sublicense, or use a report or any substantial part of it to provide a service to a third party, and you may not use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine learning model.

9. Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By ordering you confirm that you are.

If you order a compatibility report covering another person, you confirm you have that person’s permission to submit their birth details to us.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, nor in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair them, nor to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of them.

12. Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality of our Services are the exclusive property of Oracular and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

13. Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that has been delivered in accordance with these Terms, we may suspend your account and recover the disputed amount together with any fees charged to us. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oracular and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for any loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or reliance on any report.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Oracular harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities or costs arising out of your use of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of another person’s details without their permission.

17. Third-party services

Our Services depend on third parties including payment, hosting, email and computation providers. We are not liable for interruptions, failures or delays caused by them.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, network failures, natural events, industrial action or governmental action.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time, without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where required by law.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matter not subject to arbitration.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order. Continued use of our Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
