No. Gender is optional. Without it you get a list for a boy and a list for a girl; with it, just the list for that gender. Each list has up to eight names — only genuine names that start with the syllable and pass the number check, so sometimes fewer.
The baby’s date, exact time and place of birth. The nakshatra pada can change within hours, so the birth time decides the syllable.
The report explains the syllable and the numbers clearly, so you can see how any name you are considering compares.
